You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Content may not be copied, republished or exploited without permission, except where the law allows. We try to keep information available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page is free from errors.
Bookings
The listed GNM Therapy Session is a private two-hour appointment priced at £120. Sessions may be provided worldwide by video call. Local in-person appointments and alternative times for international clients must be arranged directly with Monika. The time zone shown during online booking should be checked carefully before payment.
Payment and confirmation
Where Square requests full prepayment, the booking is not complete until payment and confirmation have been received. Square processes the payment under its own terms. Any different arrangement confirmed directly in writing will take priority for that appointment.
Cancellations and refunds
Please contact Monika at least 48 hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. If Monika must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, attending at the confirmed time and ensuring that your device, internet connection and surroundings are suitable for a private video call.

This website links to services operated by other organisations, including Square and BEMER. Their websites, payments and products are governed by their own terms. Fettle & Hum is not responsible for the availability or content of an external site.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Fettle & Hum is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available to them under applicable law.
